GeomNotes — Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We do not require an account. The app stores a device-generated user identifier and subscription status locally on the device to enable feature unlocking.

Purchase receipts are handled by Apple. The app reads entitlement status locally via StoreKit.

Your handwritten notes, imported PDFs, and templates remain on your device or in your personal cloud storage (for example iCloud) unless you explicitly export them.

Imported images are treated as local files only; they are not uploaded to our servers or saved to the Photos library unless you explicitly choose to export or save them.

2. How We Use Data

These data are used only to unlock paid features and to restore purchases.

We do not sell personal data, nor do we use it for third-party advertising or analytics.

3. Storage and Security

We do not store receipts or metadata on our servers; the entitlement cache is stored on-device.

If you export data to iCloud, a file provider, WebDAV or a school LMS, the data is transmitted only to the service you choose when you initiate the export.

4. Third Parties

The app relies on Apple App Store, StoreKit, and iCloud Drive. These providers maintain their own privacy policies.

If you enable optional cloud exports such as WebDAV or a school LMS, data is transmitted only when you manually trigger an export.

5. Your Rights

You can delete local identifiers and cached entitlements by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's local storage.
